When Hong Kong's department responsible for encouraging foreign investment came to M&L, we treated it like a business brief rather than a governmental one. The audience are C-suite company decision-makers, who are time-poor and nobody's fools. These are regular readers of international financial newspapers and magazines, hence we developed a world-class design language that looked striking while at the same time delivered on the imperatives of why Hong Kong is the place to do business.
